Alexandra Smedoiu este Partener Servicii Fiscale, responsabilă cu aria de practică aferentă impozitului pe profit; ea este specializată în oferirea de consultanţă companiilor multinaţionale şi întreprinzătorilor locali atât în materie de taxe locale, cât şi in ceea ce priveşte structuri fiscale internaţionale. De asemenea, ea este lider al serviciilor de consultanţă pentru sectorul imobiliar şi coordonează programul Deloitte SheXO Club.

Este licenţiată în economie şi afaceri internaţionale, şi a urmat un master în managementul proiectelor internaţionale.

Alexandra este analist financiar calificat conform Chartered Financial Analyst şi preşedinte al CFA Society România, o organizaţie non-profit care reuneşte profesionişti de top din industria serviciilor financiare. Ea este şi membru al Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), al Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT UK) şi al Camerei Consultanţilor Fiscali din România.

Adrian is a senior financial professional with 20 years of experience in banking and financial markets. Adrian is a CFA charterholder since 2006 and he hold the title of Doctor of Economics, with specialization in international finance.

Adrian has 5-year experience as a Senior Options Dealer with ING Bank where he helped started the bank derivatives business in Romania and over 10-year experience in risk management. Previously, I had been a Senior Economist in the Research Department of the National Bank of Romania for about 6 years.

Adrian is also an Associate Professor with DOFIN – Doctoral School of Finance, where he lectures on subjects such as econometrics, financial markets, financial derivatives, fixed income and risk management. 

Between 2011 - 2013, Adrian was the president of the Association of Financial-Banking Analysts in Romania and for the last 15 years Adrian has been a member of the CFA Romania Board of Directors, as well as the association’s President beyween 2009-2011 and between 2015 - 2020.
